The Book of Hebrews
If the Old Testament is hard to understand, the New Testament book of Hebrews makes the Old Testament easier to grasp.
The earlier chapters of the book describe how Jesus Christ came to fulfill the details of the Old Testament law.
These chapters reach their peak in the famous ‘Hall of Faith’ of Hebrews 11. This chapter gives many examples of people who lives were marked by great faith in spite of incredible challenges.
The final chapters provide a practical applications on how to live out our Christian lives.
Join us in the conference room at 9 AM starting September 13 as we study the book of Hebrews. The first classes will be led by Pastor Curt Morgan.
"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."
